Fall Break

Now I remember what it means to be healthy and have fun with the family. I feel like I'm up to about 90% of my pre-cancer health and fitness level. Honestly, if it wasn't for lingering neuropathy and the scars I could easily forget what I've been through. Perhaps "forget" is too strong a word...but that is the idea.

This week was the fall break for the kids' school, and since Joselynn teaches there she also had the week off. I've been off since Sunday morning (my new 4-on, 4-off schedule) and thus have been cavorting with the family all week. The highlights included a trip to the Bishop museum (my camera went on the fritz, so no pics from that), bowling, Kailua beach and Hanauma bay. It's been a great week.
